How a silent auction works:
1. You will be given a bidding sheet with details of all the available items and their reserve price.
2. Take a look at the items and decide what the maximum bid is that you want to pay – and fill this in on your bidding sheet.
3. Give your bidding sheet with all your contact details to the representative at the cash-desk who will register your vote.
4. The silent auction will close at 7pm. The bids will then be collated and the successful bidder will be contacted by email and / or telephone on Monday morning.
All proceeds from sale of the auction items will go towards Cancer Research UK's life saving work.
